What payment methods do you accept?

we are currently working to add payment methods to our website. For the moment please send us a message for booking inquires Contact Us  or simply select “book now pay later” and we will  arrange payment through an online payment link 



What is the cancelation policy?

Travelers can cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the start of the tour for a full refund. bookings are none refundable in the 24 hours before the start time except for cancelations due to weather



Where are you located?

We operate based in Punta Cana, you can find us at Playa Jellyfish, C. Chicago in Bavaro Punta Cana. Right next to Jellyfish Restaurant

Can I receive a refund?

Yes customers can recieve a refund if they cancel before 24 hours ahead of the start time, the tour is cancelled due to weather, or we need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances



Is there any age ristrictions?

We do not have a general age restriction, it is on a tour by tour basis. We try to accomodate for mobility issues and infants wherever possible



Will I have access to Wi-Fi?

At certain places, such as on the beach before boat tours and at the ranch for atv tours, there will be wifi available. However due to the active nature of the tours we cannot provide wifi for all portions of the activities
